Invest in the fast-growing tourism industry overseas, through ARG Capital's Hotel Development Investment opportunities, available only to certain Wholesale Investors in Australia sophisticated investors in other countries and in some countries no qualifications are required. What we sell is a commercial class property investment opportunity that is more sophisticated than traditional residential property, and provides in most cases much higher returns.
Who/What is a 'Qualified Investor'?
For the purposes of our investment opportunities, a Wholesale Investor must meet one of the following thresholds:
ASSET
threshold
1.
Hold net assets of at least $2.5 million (AUD) – as certified by a Qualified Accountant’s Certificate;
OR
INCOME
threshold
2.
Have had an income of at least $250,000 (AUD) per annum over the past two financial years – as certified by a Qualified Accountant’s Certificate;
OR
ENTITY
threshold
3.
Control a company or trust which meets the requirements of either item 1 or 2 (opposite) – as certified by a Qualified Accountant’s Certificate.
What should I do now?
1. Research what the country you are resident in determines is required for you to qualify to receive information on financial products such as investment vehicles for property portfolios with equity ownership.
Provide us if required by your countries regulators your current Qualified Certificate.
If you already have a current Qualified Accountant’s Certificate* dated within the preceding 2 years, then please upload a copy of it for our review and verification via completing and submitting the below form.

2. Obtain a current Qualified Accountant's Certificate if required to send to us
If you do not currently have a Qualified Accountant’s Certificate* dated within the preceding 2 years, please download our ‘template examples for a few countries we have researched’ via the below form, that you may take to your Accountant, or obtain theirs (together with your documentary evidence to satisfy the Accountant of your eligibility) and thereafter kindly upload a duly completed copy of it for our review and verification.
*NB: For Australia for example
A Qualified Accountant’s Certificate must be given for the purposes of Section 761G(7)(c) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). A Qualified Accountant must meet the requirements outlined in ASIC Corporations (Qualified Accountant) Instrument 2016/786.

Summary of steps to become a duly accredited 'Wholesale Investor'
A. Application
Complete the Wholesale Investor’s Application (via submission of your contact details and Qualified Accountant’s Certificate) if required.
B. Review & Verification
Our review and verification of your submitted details and if required Qualified Accountant’s Certificate.
C. Confirmation
Our confirmation of your ‘Investor’ status. as determined by your countries regulations and qualifications.
D. Introduction to your Relationship Manager
A Relationship Manager is assigned to you and contact made by them with you as a duly qualified Investor.
