Azure Rich Group（ARG）是一家合伙企业，其创始公司诞生于1996年的泰国曼谷。澳大利亚公司于2000年在澳大利亚昆士兰成立。经过多年的发展，集团业务已涵盖房地产开发、房地产咨询、企业咨询和建筑施工。ARG正开发亚太地区4-5星级酒店和度假村连锁品牌，项目范围包括住宅和商业资产，并获得全球最大的酒店集团——温德姆酒店及度假村的酒店品牌和管理授权。

标准客房主要有三种大小，分别为22、25和30平方米。所有项目都有44、50和60平方米的双人客房可供选择，许多都带有庭院，适合带宠物入住。这些客房还包括一个室内外空间，阳台面积大于常规，安装外部百叶窗，可保护隐私，确保安全，并调节环境舒适度。

Dr. Supareak Chomchan

Dr. Chomchan is a professional engineer licensed in Thailand with business degrees and has owned an engineering and construction company with 20 years of experience in governmental reinforced concrete building construction, turnkey engineering and construction in manufacturing sector, and residential development.

In the Government sector, Dr. Chomchan won numerous contracts from Ministry of Education, Ministry of Public Health, and Royal Thai Police. Meanwhile in the manufacturing sector, he was awarded contracts from a Swiss animal dietary manufacturer, French dry mortar manufacturer, German gypsum board manufacturer, and American aerospace component manufacturer. For residential projects, resort type developments are his expertise.

On the social side, he also participates as Advisor at Board of Trade of Thailand, Vice Chairman of the Joint Foreign Chambers of Commerce in Thailand (JFCCT) and Secretary General/Director of Plus Foundation. With his network and understanding of the legal framework of doing business in Thailand he is well placed to help support Nebu Resorts through AZURE RICH GROUP’s business opportunity and footprint in the new market.

Bryan Priestley

Bryan graduated with an Honours Law Degree and subsequently practised as a Lawyer (admitted as both a Barrister and Solicitor) both overseas and in Australia and has owned and operated legal firms for the past 30 years specialising in Corporate structuring, Property and Revenue Law and Finance.

Bryan is a founding Director of the AZURE RICH GROUP and sold his law firm interests to concentrate full time on property development and other commercial interests as diverse as manufacturing pet food & care products and establishing a major retail beauty brand. Bryan is based in Azure’s office in Australia and provides legal consultancy services to Azure and its group companies.

The legal, commercial and corporate expertise Bryan has accumulated is utilised in every aspect of the Azure groups’ activities, as is his extensive network of contacts, consisting of professionals from a broad spectrum of disciplines and a vast number of former clients who are owners and/or key decision makers in their respective businesses, many of whom are well known names.

Kevin Goos

15 years experience in building multiple successful proptech businesses in the region. Kevin focuses on providing new investment opportunities previously reserved for only large institutional investors.

Adam Palin

Adam is Co-Founder and CEO of ARG Capital, a luxury hotel focused private equity firm.

Adam is an investment banker and private equity professional with a particular focus on structuring investments into hotel and commercial real estate developments and turnaround/repositioning projects in conjunction with institutional investors, family offices and high net worth individuals. 

Adam has experience of leading transactions with a cumulative value of over US$10 billion, including some of the world’s most high profile hotel transactions. 

Adam also has extensive experience of taking companies public via IPO and other forms of equity capital market transactions and has worked on the New York Stock Exchange, the London Stock Exchange, and the Australian Securities Exchange. 

Adam has also worked extensively with leading investment banks and private equity groups such as Salomon Brothers, OMERS, Kingdom Investments, and Colony Capital and is also Founder and CEO of Xenos Group, an investment and financial services firm.

Adam holds a BA and MA from Cambridge University and is fluent in English, Mandarin, French, Spanish and Swedish.

David brings more than 30 years of business, startup, sales, and marketing experience to ARG, having worked in both the United States and Asia with entities around the globe. He focuses on go-to-market strategy and transformational growth through revenue building, strategic partnerships, opening new market segments, and enhancing business efficiency. David is actively involved in ARG’s well-being operations, creating new offerings for its clients, partners, and guests.

Nick Meredith

PARTNER AND SALES DIRECTOR

Nick has 36 years experience in Commercial, Residential and Fractional real estate in Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand. He is responsible for building and supporting the international sales network which is currently in 8 countries and growing. This network is automated via ARG’s on line platform embracing cutting edge technology and new sales initiatives resulting in better value for investors

Jeaneah Paik

PARTNER AND WELLBEING / FOOD & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR

Jeaneah brings more than 10 years of experience in wellness and functional food & beverage to the ARG team. Her team develops, creates, and launches products and services designed to improve the health and well-being of ARG’s guests and customers. She holds a B.A. in human biology from Stanford University, is well-known as a fermented foods expert, and has created unique products that directly improve people’s health.

Marc Tanner

GROUP FOUNDING PARTNER, DESIGN  PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Marc graduated Auckland University with a Bachelor degree in Architecture, after moving to Australia he founded the International Design and Project Management group Greenarc. Over 20 years in practice the group has had 6 offices across 4 countries including, Australia, England, Thailand and Myanmar, with projects across these countries and more.

Marc is a founding partner of Azure Rich Group, who oversees the groups projects globally in the areas of, product vision, business development, development management and design. Marc is still a registered architect in Australia and is involved in art, both of which feed into his influence within the group’s projects.

Lynn Stewart

Her journey began over 25 years ago as a junior sales agent in England, leading her to corporate senior directorships within Europe and Asia.

Josh is an experienced Executive who is highly adept at devising successful real estate sales strategies, coordinating sales campaigns, and executing effective marketing plans including the promotion of property sales on digital advertising platforms. He works within a highly professional in-house team on the organisation of all of ARG’s marketing ventures and collaborating with external specialists.

Jeaneah Paik
