Dr. Supareak Chomchan

Dr. Chomchan is a professional engineer licensed in Thailand with business degrees and has owned an engineering and construction company with 20 years of experience in governmental reinforced concrete building construction, turnkey engineering and construction in manufacturing sector, and residential development.

In the Government sector, Dr. Chomchan won numerous contracts from Ministry of Education, Ministry of Public Health, and Royal Thai Police. Meanwhile in the manufacturing sector, he was awarded contracts from a Swiss animal dietary manufacturer, French dry mortar manufacturer, German gypsum board manufacturer, and American aerospace component manufacturer. For residential projects, resort type developments are his expertise.

On the social side, he also participates as Advisor at Board of Trade of Thailand, Vice Chairman of the Joint Foreign Chambers of Commerce in Thailand (JFCCT) and Secretary General/Director of Plus Foundation. With his network and understanding of the legal framework of doing business in Thailand he is well placed to help support Nebu Resorts through AZURE RICH GROUP’s business opportunity and footprint in the new market.

Bryan Priestley

Bryan graduated with an Honours Law Degree and subsequently practised as a Lawyer (admitted as both a Barrister and Solicitor) both overseas and in Australia and has owned and operated legal firms for the past 30 years specialising in Corporate structuring, Property and Revenue Law and Finance.

Bryan is a founding Director of the AZURE RICH GROUP and sold his law firm interests to concentrate full time on property development and other commercial interests as diverse as manufacturing pet food & care products and establishing a major retail beauty brand. Bryan is based in Azure’s office in Australia and provides legal consultancy services to Azure and its group companies.

The legal, commercial and corporate expertise Bryan has accumulated is utilised in every aspect of the Azure groups’ activities, as is his extensive network of contacts, consisting of professionals from a broad spectrum of disciplines and a vast number of former clients who are owners and/or key decision makers in their respective businesses, many of whom are well known names.

Victoria Sardain

Victoria Sardain is a wellness and hospitality professional with over a decade of experience developing, launching, and operating high-impact concepts for hotels, resorts, and branded residences across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Her background uniquely bridges operational hospitality and holistic health, combining a B.Sc. from EHL Hospitality Business School with accreditation in Yoga, Nutrition, Personal Training and Life Coaching.

Prior to founding NEBULA, Victoria worked independently for over eight years with industry-leading wellness brands such as Clinique La Prairie, as well as award-winning resorts in Thailand. She is also the Founder of Teiah Hospitality, a boutique consultancy specialized in the development of innovative wellness hospitality.

Victoria’s experience spans the full development cycle — from conceptualization and business planning to launch and operation — and she has led projects ranging from full-scale wellness resorts and longevity clubs to functional gyms, spas, and branded apps. Her work is grounded in commercial strategy, human insight, and a passion for building destinations that align with the future of hospitality.

Marc Tanner

GROUP FOUNDING PARTNER, DESIGN  PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Marc graduated Auckland University with a Bachelor degree in Architecture, after moving to Australia he founded the International Design and Project Management group Greenarc. Over 20 years in practice the group has had 6 offices across 4 countries including, Australia, England, Thailand and Myanmar, with projects across these countries and more.

Marc is a founding partner of Azure Rich Group, who oversees the groups projects globally in the areas of, product vision, business development, development management and design. Marc is still a registered architect in Australia and is involved in art, both of which feed into his influence within the group’s projects.
