Azure Rich Group (ARG) is a partnership with its founding company established in 1996 in Bangkok, Thailand. The Australian base was established in 2000 in Queensland, Australia. The Group has evolved over the years to include property development, property consultancy, corporate consultancy and construction. ARG is developing a 4-5 star APAC Hotel and Resort Chain including residences and commercial assets, with hotel branding and management under license by Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, the largest hotel group in the world.

The Group’s main bases are in Thailand and Australia with numerous completed projects in the construction and property industries in Thailand, Australia and several other countries. Currently under construction in Thailand are 7 hotels with 1,000+ rooms and multiple commercial assets as part of the APAC Hotel and Resort Chain development.

The 3rd party project team includes construction support through Siam LBS part of the Thai public listed group Siam Steel International, PKF the International Accountants, BECA International Engineers and RHLB International Quantity Surveyors. Property valuations have currently been prepared by Colliers International who are one of a number national and international real-estate agents globally selling the properties.

Standard rooms have three main sizes, 22sqm, 25sqm and 30sqm. All projects have double size room options at 44sqm, 50sqm and 60sqm, with many rooms having courtyards which are pet friendly. They also include an indoor-outdoor space with a larger than normal balcony, and external shutter for privacy, security and climate control. 

Higher specifications can include jacuzzi bathtubs on the balcony, and some courtyards include plunge pools. All rooms include varying degrees of automation, with the higher star rated rooms having state of the art technology.

A premium experience offering five star and five star plus accommodation and residences. AARU offers all the benefits of the Nebu brand with enhanced quality of materials, technology and design detailing. AARU also includes bungalows and standalone villas.

Club Nebu is a contemporary lifestyle club, offering an opportunity to meet new people and enjoylifes pleasures with a wellness dimention. Investment starts from around $10,000.00 all the way up to over $100,000.00. The product includes an expansion into accomodation locations globally through the exchange program, and wellness options.

Dr. Supareak Chomchan

Dr. Chomchan is a professional engineer licensed in Thailand with business degrees and has owned an engineering and construction company with 20 years of experience in governmental reinforced concrete building construction, turnkey engineering and construction in manufacturing sector, and residential development.

In the Government sector, Dr. Chomchan won numerous contracts from Ministry of Education, Ministry of Public Health, and Royal Thai Police. Meanwhile in the manufacturing sector, he was awarded contracts from a Swiss animal dietary manufacturer, French dry mortar manufacturer, German gypsum board manufacturer, and American aerospace component manufacturer. For residential projects, resort type developments are his expertise.

On the social side, he also participates as Advisor at Board of Trade of Thailand, Vice Chairman of the Joint Foreign Chambers of Commerce in Thailand (JFCCT) and Secretary General/Director of Plus Foundation. With his network and understanding of the legal framework of doing business in Thailand he is well placed to help support Nebu Resorts through AZURE RICH GROUP’s business opportunity and footprint in the new market.

Marc graduated Auckland University with a Bachelor degree in Architecture, after moving to Australia he founded the International Design and Project Management group Greenarc. Over 20 years in practice the group has had 6 offices across 4 countries including, Australia, England, Thailand and Myanmar, with projects across these countries and more.

Marc is a founding partner of Azure Rich Group, who oversees the groups projects globally in the areas of, product vision, business development, development management and design. Marc is still a registered architect in Australia and is involved in art, both of which feed into his influence within the group’s projects.

  • Career spanning 3 continents in disciplines of finance and general
    management in hotels, hospitality, tourist facilities and property development
    sectors.
  • Currently CEO of NuoBello Group, with specific roles regarding hotel
    management, marina development and management, business plans, and
    feasibilities for hotels, residential and mixed-use developments. NuoBello also
    has the largest accounting firm in Phuket performing the full range of
    corportate services to our clients and its subsidiary PKF NuoBello, is a PKF
    member firm.
  • Previously CEO of Blue Tree Phuket a mixed-use water and entertainment
    park, retail and dining. Opened in Q4 2019, and at peak employing 450 staff.
  • Executive Director and former Managing Director of Royal Phuket Marina,
    Thailand’s most awarded marina and heavily involved in design and
    development of future phase to include 2 hotels and a water park. Continues
    as a Non-Executive Director.
  • Prior to NuoBello, Michael was Managing Director of Laguna Resorts & Hotels,
    Plc, a listed company in Thailand and subsidiary of Banyan Tree Holdings.
    Responsible of overseeing 8 hotels in 2 different locations, 2 golf courses,
    property development, construction, marketing and sales operations, vacation
    ownership program, estate management and rental pool operations, central
    facilities management, CSR and sustainability programs and corporate
    governance.
  • Executive Director for Laguna Vietnam Limited, a Fund developing Laguna
    Langco an integrated resort in Central Vietnam. Established Property Sales
    operation and the design, development and construction of the Nick Faldo
    Championship golf course.
  • Significant involvement in successful IPO of Banyan Tree Holdings Limited
    (“BTHL”) on Singapore Stock Exchange in 2006 and member of the BTHL
    Executive Committee.
  • Prior to joining Laguna Resorts & Hotels, Plc, he enjoyed over 10 year
    in professional service industry with accounting firm, KPMG. After qualifying
    as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in Oxford, England, he transferred to
    KPMG Port Moresby in Papua New Guinea (6 years) where he had a wide range
    of clients covering industries such as oil and gas, banking, airline and
    agriculture. He then transferred to KPMG Sydney Australia office (3 years)
    managing the Paramatta Audit Division and had numerous audit clients and
    transaction service assignments such as due diligence reporting and IPOs.
    Michael holds a BA (Hons) Degree in accounting and Finance and is a member
    of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Paul Gardiner CPA is a senior executive with more than 30 years of experience providing strategic leadership, financial stewardship and governance across healthcare, tourism, hospitality and property services. As a Certified Practising Accountant, he has an extensive background in financial oversight, corporate governance, risk management and organisational transformation within both private
and board-led organisations.

Paul has demonstrated a strong commitment to fiduciary responsibility, ensuring sound financial management, prudent allocation of resources and robust governance frameworks that support sustainable growth. Throughout his executive career, he has overseen significant operating budgets, strengthened financial controls, enhanced reporting and compliance, and led strategic planning processes that balance commercial outcomes with long-term organisational resilience.

Recognised for his collaborative leadership style, analytical approach and sound judgement, Paul brings a balanced perspective to board discussions. He is passionate about ensuring organisations are well governed, financially resilient and positioned to create enduring value for shareholders, stakeholders, employees and the communities they serve.

Victoria Sardain

Victoria Sardain is a wellness and hospitality professional with over a decade of experience developing, launching, and operating high-impact concepts for hotels, resorts, and branded residences across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Her background uniquely bridges operational hospitality and holistic health, combining a B.Sc. from EHL Hospitality Business School with accreditation in Yoga, Nutrition, Personal Training and Life Coaching.

Prior to founding NEBULA, Victoria worked independently for over eight years with industry-leading wellness brands such as Clinique La Prairie, as well as award-winning resorts in Thailand. She is also the Founder of Teiah Hospitality, a boutique consultancy specialized in the development of innovative wellness hospitality.

Victoria’s experience spans the full development cycle — from conceptualization and business planning to launch and operation — and she has led projects ranging from full-scale wellness resorts and longevity clubs to functional gyms, spas, and branded apps. Her work is grounded in commercial strategy, human insight, and a passion for building destinations that align with the future of hospitality.

David Henry

PARTNER, OPERATIONS & WELL-BEING

David brings more than 30 years of business, startup, sales, and marketing experience to ARG, having worked in both the United States and Asia with entities around the globe. He focuses on go-to-market strategy and transformational growth through revenue building, strategic partnerships, opening new market segments, and enhancing business efficiency. David is actively involved in ARG’s well-being operations, creating new offerings for its clients, partners, and guests.

15 years experience in building multiple successful proptech businesses in the region. Kevin focuses on providing new investment opportunities previously reserved for only large institutional investors.
